1. Promoter
This competition is run by Samuel L. Harrison (ABN: 44 122 881 580) (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or associated agencies are ineligible.

3. Entry Period
The competition opens 15.08.2025 at 7pm and closes 13.10.25. Entries after the closing time are invalid.

4. Entry Method
To enter:

b) Like the competition post;
c) Comment in 50 words or less what winning this prize would mean to you.
d) DM @samuellharrisonfilms your name, wedding date & location.

5. Limit
One entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection
Entries will be judged on creativity, emotion, and originality by the two Promoters and one individual third party panel. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM by Friday 19.10.25.

7. Prize
One wedding and photo package, valued at approx. AUD 7,300 up to 12 hours coverage.

No cash alternative available. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate prize of equal value if necessary.

8. Travel

Travel included in the prize is limited to 600km radius from Coffs Harbour CBD. Prize winners from outside this radius will incur travel fees from 600km and beyond.

9. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.

10. Rights & Use
By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to publicly share their submitted entry (or excerpts) for marketing, with proper credit.

11. Platform Disclaimer
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, nor is Instagram associated with it.

12. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if they do not comply with these Terms or are found to be fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate. Entries are strictly limited to 50 word count. Any entries over this word limit will be immediately disaqualified.

13. Legal Requirements
The Promoter has complied with all relevant consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

14. Variation & Termination
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
